Ploger Transportation Orientation and Driver Training

Our Driver Trainer, John McClure discusses our orientation and training program for drivers on all experience levels. We cover all the bases in orientation and set you up for success with us. It is a win-win for drivers coming on board with us.

Our orientation always starts on Monday, your drug test will be done, we finish anything on the application that needs to be completed, and we take you to lunch! During the Monday-Tuesday orientation, you will meet with all of the department heads, HR, Dispatch, Retention, Shop Maintenance, Accounting, and Safety. We make sure you understand how our operations work and set you up for success!
